20th January 2023, Dehradun: The Aryan School hosted a farewell party for the outgoing students of Class XII within the school premises today. The theme for the valedictory party was ‘Arabian Nights.’ The Chief Guests on the occasion were the Chairperson of the Aryan School, Simi Gupta, and Principal B. Dasgupta.
The program commenced with the giving out of the mementos to the outgoing batch by the Principal. Followed by this was a rocking dance performance by the students of class 10th.
The highlight of the day was the ramp walk by the students of class 12th. They were judged based on their walks and formal introductions and were awarded several titles, wherein Sarvagya Madhwal was presented with the title of ‘Badshah’, Shreya Handa was presented with the title of ‘Mallika’, Aryan Aggarwal was presented with the title of ‘Shehezada’, Ayush Kumar Shah was presented with the title of ‘Mr. Buland’, Kripa Kakkar was presented with the title of ‘Miss Dilkush’, Ankit Verma was presented with the title of ‘Mr. Noorani’, and Vedika Pandey was presented with the title of ‘Miss Noorani.’
The school general Captains Abhay Pratap Singh and Arshi Ali also presented their swan song in their last speech.
During the occasion, Principal B Dasgupta proposed a vote of thanks, especially for the Class XI and X students who provided entertainment for the function by presenting well-choreographed dances and songs. She also thanked the members of the staff who helped in the meticulous planning and execution of the program.
The program concluded with the cake-cutting ceremony, followed by dinner. Students of the outgoing batch danced their hearts out and enjoyed the celebrations.
