The students, staff and management of The Aryan School bid farewell to the outgoing students of class XII of the batch 2023-24. Filled with curiosity and zeal, the farewell ceremony was organized by the students and teachers of class XI on 18th January, 2024 in the school campus. The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers, to reminisce joyous moments.
The ceremony commenced with the formal welcome of esteemed guests, the Chairperson of the school, Dr. Simi Gupta and the Principal, Mrs. B. Das Gupta. A class XI student, Nishchal Mani, articulated his sorrow at seeing his seniors leave, and hoped that their paths would cross again in the near future. The glorious example set by them as student leaders would continue to live on in the hearts of their juniors.
A harmonious medley of nostalgia themed songs by the students of class XI left the audience mesmerized. The girls and boys of the outgoing batch re-lived their bittersweet memories at the hostel and classrooms and expressed their heartfelt gratitude to this great institution for being instrumental in shaping their personalities and providing them with stellar opportunities. They also walked down the ramp with flamboyance and panache, showcasing their best attire and justifying it to the best.
The showery prism of the school was bagged by Prateek Gujjar, Mr. Popular went to Pratyaksh Sharma, Divsha Agarwal was given Ms. Courteous, Keshav Bhalotia shined bright as Mr. Watery Arch while Bhumika Tiwari was decorated with Ms. Watery Arch. The most coveted titles of the year, Mr. Aryan king and Ms. Aryan Queen was bagged by Shashwat Sharma and Khushi Singh respectively.
Head Boy Pratyaksh Sharma expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the alma mater. The cultural programme showcased the multiple talents of class XI students who presented entertaining group dance and singing performance. The performances were thoroughly enjoyed by the multitude for the day. Thereafter, there was a spate of dance, music and laughter of their vast repository of skills. All students and staff relished the farewell buffet as the day came to an emotional close.
